We hope that everyone is enjoying the summer!
August is Feline Wellness Month. For our special kitties, we will be offering a 10% discount for our preventive blood work package that includes a CBC (Complete Blood Count), and Chemistry Profile! A blood chemistry panel screens organ function for several organs such as, kidney and liver function, and measures glucose, calcium, and total protein. The complete blood count measures the number of cells of different types circulating in the bloodstream such as, red and white blood cells, and platelets. Regular and routine blood testing is an important part of your cat’s preventive healthcare. Routine blood work helps to catch and prevent illnesses early, which is better for your pets and can actually save you money. It’s also a good practice to at least get a baseline for a younger cat. It is easier to prevent illnesses than it is to treat an illness that already exists. Book your appointment today by giving us a call at 905-532-0042.
